Let the chaos commence.

foxes must be scared of the new moon.
>>
>go to fushimi Inari Taisha and get Inari’s ofuda
>buy kamidana
>buy hakama
>set up shrine at home, give offerings and recite Inari’s norito
Thoughts?

>Pondering aloud what to name this wine I crafted using fruit associated with the underworld
>Hear in my head, Hikari: "ko-ko-ru-bo" [or something like that]
>cue me frantically searching online hoping there's a translation available
>One translation comes up with "Independent Graves"

Its pretty nice, poetic, but I was hoping for something that felt more "From the tap" so to speak.

I haven’t been in the last few threads, can you give me qrd on what u are talking about
>>

That is the correct and true path.

Just randomly had this fox looking thing with multiple tails appear in my minds eye and feels constantly present.
I am a death and underworld sort of guy. A while back I found a fox hit by a car and did my usual vulture-oriented rites, but kept the skin of the tail because vulture.
Black fur, half of the head looks like some old worn mask, probably would scare some folk real bad, I think she cozy looking.
I asked for name and heard "hi ka ri" in my head.
I asked deeper and also heard "Xiaosheng" in my head.
Both names appear to be unisex.

Im more of a greek/egyptian/sumerian occultist so this is mostly unfamiliar territory.

Someone told me I should put the fox tail with the rest of my locus, because its a relic. Did so, also left a cast iron tea cup with short grain rice in it too (I think that's a good thing). Also put a chalcopyrite sphere in there for good measure.

Main differences so far is now I will regularly see fluffy things in my dreams, whether it is her or her transformed.

I can’t believe it, we actually have a second person who got foxed
I’m so happy, reviving /fox/ was not a waste of time. Sorry for the barrage of questions, it’s been 10 months of larpers and shizos.

> Just randomly had this fox looking thing with multiple tails appear in my minds eye
Was she white with red stripes?
>and feels constantly present.
Do you notice constant movement on periphery or is it something stronger?
> I am a death and underworld sort of guy
Interesting, I hate necromancy stuff personally and try to actively avoid spirits of the dead
> A while back I found a fox hit by a car and did my usual vulture-oriented rites, but kept the skin of the tail because vulture.
The fuck? Elaborate.
> I asked for name and heard "hi ka ri" in my head.
Light? Interesting
>I asked deeper and also heard "Xiaosheng" in my head.
Don’t know what this is, seems Chinese
Elaborate on the process of ‘asking’. Do you just try to remember the image of the fox and silently ask that and then the first answer that pops into your mind without actively thinking you consider an answer?
> Main differences so far is now I will regularly see fluffy things in my dreams, whether it is her or her transformed.
Provide examples

So far it is very similar to what I experienced with it all beginning with a sudden visual hallucination, followed by constant movement, but it also included occasional intrusive thoughts, until I did what I feel was requested of me. Then it all seized for a year and then I got a dream with it present at the start of this year. It all stopped since, so I assume she has finally given up on me and went to find a new host(?)

Tried it.
It’s ok.
I already had a halama for kendo though.

Posting from my computer now to be as detailed as possible because I'm honestly as surprised as anyone. My knowledge on these spirits is surface-level and most of it comes from Nioh and Nioh 2 previously.

>Was she white with red stripes?
No, very black. Very, very, very dark. It almost looks like there's a white outline when I focus with my mind's eye. There is a very old wooden mask and the bottom part is broken and jagged leading to her own fangs. Just dark.
>Do you notice constant movement on periphery or is it something stronger?
When I hug my dog it feels more like I'm hugging her sometimes. I sometimes smell incense ash when I'm about to sleep (I do not light incense as I sleep because I'm pathetic when it comes to smoke of any kind). Conversations become very fluid during pre-sleep.
>Interesting, I hate necromancy stuff personally and try to actively avoid spirits of the dead
My home is decorated with the dead and mingles with my plants. I keep all my snake's sheds and engage in "vulture culture" where I clean carcasses into my own curios; each one a gift from nature. I provide final rites with anything I process and return everything I don't use to nature (even my own pets).
>The fuck? Elaborate.
See above. I am a Vulture. My spirit animal is the Vulture. I am irrevocably tied to death and feel intense urges to collect memento mori of various sorts. I have recently strung the vertebrae of my favorite pet snake who passed earlier in the year. Their bones had been cleaned by the earth. I strung her vertebrae with beads and wear it often; the length is about 6 feet. I found a fox one day and was wanting to clean the skull, realized the poor thing was too battered, and so I only kept the skin of the tail while returning the body to nature with some last rites.

Last morning (I'm nocturnal) I dreamt that I was in a replay segment of my life, I was going back and forth from first and third person. I thought a rabbit was constantly chasing me. Finally, I heard knocking on an old wooden door that appeared in the middle of the yard. I opened it and found it was not a rabbit but something like a cartoonishly fluffy vixen that was all black like soot. I immediately held her close and felt so happy to feel her soft fur. I felt embraced by fluff.

In a dream prior on a previous day, I just saw shadows moving as if they were tendrils. I think they may have been her tails. I was a random situation where somehow I got into a fight with a Djinn? It's a long story. The important parts were that I found another doorway after paling around with someone I didn't know. On the other side was a cyclopean lady dressed in elaborate harem silks. The man told me that was a Djinn. I said, "How do you know? Is that because you're also a Djinn?"

He immediately transformed into a cluster of serpents and worms and tried to attack me or possess me. However they were torn to shreds almost instantaneously by some vicious winds. I recall bringing this winds to destroy the entity. The lady-djinn on the other side of the gate just applauded me with a golf clap.

Hikari, the fox spirit in question. Keeps trying to poke my interest in Shinigami. Enough to the point I actually dressed as a Shinigami for Samhain. I really like the idea of the Shinigami and vibe with them a lot in a cozy way, at least the modern understanding where they act as psychopomps and whatnot. They are very insistent with this whole Shinigami thing. I keep looking for similar things in other cultures but usually death spirits in other cultures are just a singular entity; which I feel is gravely mistaken.

I see. I don’t think this is the same spirit, then. I wonder if you will eventually also feel compelled to offer her your blood or not. Good luck and enjoy your haunting!

A question for those who have a fox tulpa: have you met a fox spirit after you created your tulpa?

The filthiest entity is the human that hates foxes.

I mean this Hikari presents herself as an ancient spooky fox. Does she see herself as a spirit of death?

I would say so, yes.
They really like wormwood incense too.

She's a guide for the dead, perhaps? Be careful that she doesn't take you from us.

Seen black fox in a dream, but pretty sure it was just my mind impressed by a story from anon above, so I didn't write the dream down in time and now I don't remember what it was about, which I regret a little.

Timmy!!!, smug overlord of /x/ Fox Girlfriend Guys Club, preached vixen conquests to his pack of tail-thrusting devotees until the Harvest Moon orgy. There, lavender-furred femboy Lirian lace shorts straining over pert curves fluttered lashes that yanked Timmy’s shaft from straight to throbbing ecstasy. Club disbanded via “Evolutionary memo: Cunts out, boy-pussies in!” Now, over tea, Timmy growls, “Foxed by the tighter tailhole,” trading rough mounts for a glittery grind of endless, cum-soaked bliss.

PRAISE TIMMY!!!
