Then it all seized for a year and then I got a dream with it present at the start of this year. It all stopped since, so I assume she has finally given up on me and went to find a new host(?)

On the other side was a cyclopean lady dressed in elaborate harem silks. The man told me that was a Djinn. I said, "How do you know? Is that because you're also a Djinn?" He immediately transformed into a cluster of serpents and worms and tried to attack me or possess me. However they were torn to shreds almost instantaneously by some vicious winds. I recall bringing this winds to destroy the entity. The lady-djinn on the other side of the gate just applauded me with a golf clap.Hikari, the fox spirit in question. Keeps trying to poke my interest in Shinigami. Enough to the point I actually dressed as a Shinigami for Samhain. I really like the idea of the Shinigami and vibe with them a lot in a cozy way, at least the modern understanding where they act as psychopomps and whatnot. They are very insistent with this whole Shinigami thing. I keep looking for similar things in other cultures but usually death spirits in other cultures are just a singular entity; which I feel is gravely mistaken.
