A face shows, comes and goes. Pic related is where it shows up and I can’t take a picture of it despite it being there. What is it and can I do anything about it?

Eyes looked like they were deeper than it's orbital bone. It's entirely two dimensional. It doesn't panic it stares knowing I can see it. When it saw me, it screamed a very dry scream and contorted its face in panic. It then went into the wall and disappeared. To my eyes it looked like a small gray alien. Big head, big black eyes, and a wrinkly face. I have never seen it again, and I am prone to sleep paralysis hallucinations, so it may be nothing. Certainly nothing like what you are describing.

No eyes in the sockets, no teeth in the mouth. Was surprised I was able to see it. Vanished before my eyes. I closed my eyes to go to sleep and I think it jumped on the bed.
