Hey anon I don't have much to add to be honest but you are not alone in this. I see 23 throughout my life as well. When looking at the time like you said for example. Also, my birthday is at 22nd but I was fixated so much in the number when I was younger that for a good 5-6 years I thought it was on the 23rd, even used 23 in my passwords because I thought it was my birth date. Later in life, I moved and I started taking the bus which also had the number 23 and sometimes I still do up to this day. I also became fixated with the movie "The Number 23" with Jim Carrey when I was younger because I felt like I wasn't crazy and there are in fact some other people that had the same experience. There were also 2 separate instances of me gambling online with a friend and told him "go to the roulette, the next number will be 23" and both times it actually happened. We'd enter the table and as the ball was spinning it would land on 23 but we never had the chance to place a bet, it was always on the round that the ball was already spinning as we entered the room. Friends always got a little quiet after that or made a brief joke and moved on but they were visually disturbed. These and many other things throughout my life but I think I blabbered on for too long already. Just know you're not alone, I just don't know if it's actually something spiritual or just a number stuck the unconscious from a young age to some people. Others see 11 or 13 for example, I recently started seeing triple 4s as well
