Mindfulness meditation done right acts as dual n-back training for the brain, increasing it's interconnectivity and IQ. Remember what you mean to be thinking, feeling, finding, etc., and remember what you just thought that interrupted that, what you just felt, what you just found. You can step it a step further for better brain training and any influences that you find in either one that you can use psychically to motivate your thinking (good ideas, positive vibes, etc.) you can remember too.The most forward part of the prefrontal cortex allows one to set aside ideas to remember to contemplate later because other more pressing issues enter ones mind. I can improve this in you by planting brain cells in you and others. This and aiding the other functions that particular part of your prefrontal cortex can do is a great combination with quality time spent meditating on being mindful.

It was a success when I set out at 5 to program that I'd meditate awake and asleep every day of my life, for though I didn't refer to it as mindfulness meditation, and it has some slight differences such as causing brain cell death and birth that set it apart, I've been doing the same sort of dual n-back training that mindfulness meditation provides but more intense every single moment of my life since I was 5 without a single moment exempted. I've meditated every moment of my life since I decided to and destroyed many of my brain cells to fate it so.No wonder my brain has shown such growth. I destroyed almost half of it falling from my tree, and since then it's growed in to fill most of my skull once more. I've still got room to grow though, I needed room to breathe.
