Has anyone woken up and saw a spider crawling on the ceiling or wall or on you? I recently had that happen. I looked at it and thought to myself, that is way too large for this area, nor could they live where I live. I was not afraid, I just got up, looked again and it was gone. The odd part was that I was fully awake. I woke up looked up it was there and was like that shouldn't be there, I was not afraid I got up and poof goneI am finding out this is far more common than I knew. Has anyone else had something like this happen? Lets explore this topic. Trick of the brain? Then why are they almost always spiders? No paralysis or fear involved. I've also heard things before but they were profound and real voices. I just think something astral or the "RTZ" as Robert Bruce called it is bleeding over into our reality. WHAT DOES IT MEAN???

This used to happen to me a lot, I'd awake from a nightmare and immediately see a large spider on the ceiling kind of burrowing its way into a hole and disappearing. I'm absolutely sure that these are real interdimensional, evil entities. Luckily this hasn't happened to me for many years now and I hope it stays that way.

I used to see them during sleep paralysis. Normally I'd get terrifying halkucinations, but the slow movement of the spiders used to calm me. One day I saw one when waking up, without sleep paralysis. You just know they are not real cause of the sheer size not being possible where I live. They just disappear like you said.It's very interesting how many people have seen similar things.

Dude...I've had almost the exact same experience. Woke up (was hazy but definitely awake) and saw a spider the size of a dinner plate hanging from the ceiling and sort of walking it's way down a single strand of web. I immediately popped up/startled and threw a pillow at it. I left my room (like WTF!?!?) and went back in a few mins later looking for it...but then I calmed down and was like that was WAY too big to be real...eventually calmed down. I must have been halfway asleep somehow still dreaming but also awake? I've had plenty of lucid dreams and have had sleep paralysis about a dozen times...So I know what that feels like- still not 100% what happened here. Was about 7-8 years ago and I remember it vividly.
