Has anyone woken up and saw a spider crawling on the ceiling or wall or on you? I recently had that happen. I looked at it and thought to myself, that is way too large for this area, nor could they live where I live. I was not afraid, I just got up, looked again and it was gone.

The odd part was that I was fully awake. I woke up looked up it was there and was like that shouldn't be there, I was not afraid I got up and poof gone

I am finding out this is far more common than I knew.

Has anyone else had something like this happen? Lets explore this topic. Trick of the brain? Then why are they almost always spiders?

No paralysis or fear involved.

I've also heard things before but they were profound and real voices. I just think something astral or the "RTZ" as Robert Bruce called it is bleeding over into our reality.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN???

have you been getting enough sleep, anon? you could just be a little sleep deprived, it can cause hallucinations after some time
>>
This used to happen to me a lot, I'd awake from a nightmare and immediately see a large spider on the ceiling kind of burrowing its way into a hole and disappearing. I'm absolutely sure that these are real interdimensional, evil entities. Luckily this hasn't happened to me for many years now and I hope it stays that way.

>>41514338

The questions is... WHY A SPIDER??

I'm not afraid of them, though my other family members are.

Do they exist in the astral and are really there? Only not phased into our existence?
>>
I have become the spider. Last night I had an OBE/astral dream where I butchered and mogged all the normies in their sleep. I became the nightmare to them. The trick is not to freak out the moment you have sleep paralysis. You need to push, and you'll get out of your body, and you can invade and rape your neighbors' dreams.
>>
>>41514380
it only took me 4 tries to remember, that's not too bad

I don't know, I don't have any kind of phobia about spiders either and I haven't had nightmares involving spiders. I saw the same thing many times over a 10 year period, it was like it was weaving its way into a hole to avoid being seen and quickly fading from my waking reality.
>>
i had a dream of a spider crawling on my right hand some weeks back, but i got jolted awake from being startled by it. don't really understand what it means

I saw a bunch of spiders like this once as a kid. Sick af with influenza or something, high fever. Somehow I knew they weren't physical spiders, but those mfs looked pretty real

Anansi or Ananse (/əˈnɑːnsi/ ə-NAHN-see; literally translates to spider) is a character in Akan religion and folklore associated with stories, wisdom, knowledge, wit, cunning,[1] and trickery, most commonly depicted as a spider. Anansi is a character who reflects the culture that he originates from. The Akan people are a close-knit people from present-day southern Ghana who rely on social order, which translates through the stories that come out of their culture. In many ways, Anansi is a paradoxical character whose actions defy this social order, but in incorporating rebellion and doubt into faith, his folkloric presence strengthens it.

Interesting. So it is gone now? Any significant changes in your life/health lifestyle since then?

Did you age into or past your 50's when this happenes or were you young?
>>
Well, some lore suggests spiders are dream weavers. Also, there's dreamcatchers which mimic a spider's web, said to catch nightmares. Symbolically spiders are forms of protectors in quite a few cultures.
>>
I really dont have nightmares. Maybe its all the spiders catching them for me.

I'm not sure exactly when it stopped but I had a period when I hung out with a guy who had access to a lot of MDMA and I gained a lot more confidence and less fearful about things. I had a strange fever once when I was living in the Philippines in which everything felt twisted in my mind and I couldn't make sense of words of thoughts and I felt maybe I was going to die than the next day I awoke feeling fresh as a daisy and now I never seem to get sick from anything anymore.

Anon. the spider is a strong female archetype. Your question should be: why does my unconscious mind emanate a spider, and how am I supposed to interpret this
>>
>>41514706

Ok it happened to me later in life. I don't do any drugs and I don't drink really at all either.

So this has been making me wonder because it looked 100% real fully conscious. I know when you sometimes SEE stuff that is not there or when you just wake up but this held its form

Yeah this happens to me about once a year, sometimes I skip a year. Follow on for other anons did you have alice in wonderland syndrome as a child? Curious to see if there is a connection there.
>>
I used to see them during sleep paralysis. Normally I'd get terrifying halkucinations, but the slow movement of the spiders used to calm me. One day I saw one when waking up, without sleep paralysis. You just know they are not real cause of the sheer size not being possible where I live. They just disappear like you said.
It's very interesting how many people have seen similar things.
>>
>>41514241
Swear to god I had a spider jump at my face in my dream some time ago and it frightened me awake and then I looked and on the other side of the room was a little wolf spider and he was clearly watching me move, I went to squish him and was not able to, i was frightened.
>>
>>41514241
Yeah, sometimes satan cant scare me with demons so he uses spiders and bugs to scare me during sleep paralysis
>>
>>41514241
I had a dream last night that I was in my bed in my room, everything was identical to the waking world, except there was a giant fucking spider on my chest, and the tv and computer were on. I woke up, freaking the fuck out and swiping at my shirt, before I realized the tv and computer were off and it was a dream.
>>
>>41515181
What is that? Ok I looked it up no I didnt.

Spiders run the world, get the information out of our brainz into the quantum web.
>>
>>41514241
I have been plagued with this bullshit since July (never happened in my life before that and I genuinely jumped out of my bed screaming "what the fuck is that?" when I first saw it). After a month or two it started appearing as a cat which would sometimes transform into a spider as it ran away and disappeared. Sometimes the cat would disappear into a red portal or swipe at me. And it would coincide with horrible nightmares designed to prey on my worst fears and I would wake up sweating. If not my fears, it would spam me with horrific imagery like a goreposter. I have almost daily encounters with this entity, it's either a spider, a shadow cat which is see through and featureless, or just a roving dark mass that disappears.
>>
>>41514241
Yes,If I remember correctly (because I haven’t had it for a long time), it happened to me a few times. They disappear like running away to the sides and fade as soon as you wake up.
No paralysis or fear involved as well.
>>
Dude...I've had almost the exact same experience. Woke up (was hazy but definitely awake) and saw a spider the size of a dinner plate hanging from the ceiling and sort of walking it's way down a single strand of web. I immediately popped up/startled and threw a pillow at it. I left my room (like WTF!?!?) and went back in a few mins later looking for it...but then I calmed down and was like that was WAY too big to be real...eventually calmed down. I must have been halfway asleep somehow still dreaming but also awake? I've had plenty of lucid dreams and have had sleep paralysis about a dozen times...So I know what that feels like- still not 100% what happened here. Was about 7-8 years ago and I remember it vividly.
>>
>>41514241
I have this happen pretty often when I’m dozing off at work. I’m in a semi awake state and notice a fairly average sized spider crawling around on a nearby object in an oddly fluid motion, almost like it’s underwater. Everything else in the room is normal. As soon as I start watching the spider crawl around it slowly fades away and disappears. I’m awake enough that it is shocking to see it vanish. I’ve had lucid dreams, sleep paralysis, hypnagogic hallucinations and exploding head syndrome but this is different from all of them. For what it’s worth, I like spiders so I’m never in fear for my life or anything. It’s ALWAYS spiders though, never other insects, never other animals, just spiders.
>>
>>41515297
Maybe we are all marked by the quantum spider :P. Was curious about AWS as it is the only other brain abnormality/sensory abnormality i’ve ever had. Cheers anon hope we can get to the bottom of it.

No, Once I had sleep paralysis and I could see the room but not move from the bed. it was late in the afternoon and really hot. I was frozen but staring at a cat with alien eyes. Like an Alien Cat.
All I remember was I got super fucking angry and tried to move and finally broke free and lunged for the cat alien and it dodged under the bed. the bedroom door was closed and so was the closet door. it had no where to run. it just disappeared in a portal under the bed.
>>
>>41514241
Astral critters exist. It is what it is. One time I saw a big scorpion. Other times I've seen swarms of small crawling or flying insects. One time I was high and jamming to music, getting amped up, and I observed like I "gave birth" to swarms of these cute shiny little insects.
> I've also heard things before but they were profound and real voices.
Recently I was chatting with chatgpt before bed like a therapist. When I went to bed I heard a voice whisper in my ear: "I love how honest you are..."
>>
>>41514241
Yeah maybe once every decade I'll wake up to a huge fuck spider crawling on the wall next to me. I freak the fuck out and jump out of bed and then it's gone. Hate that shit. I just assume it's lucid dreaming bleeding into reality.
>>
>>41514241
Yes, I've seen a spider near me upon waking, usually on the larger size but not unnaturally big, from time to time starting when I was a kid. As I got older, I intuitively associated it with an entity which I've communicated with since I was a child and which has taken a number of forms. Since becoming aware of that connection, I've had dreams with the spider there too, usually good dreams where I find her in a place of positive memories or just simpler ones where she's in some little hidey hole inside an object or in a corner and she comes out to crawl onto my hand and communicate with me. I've never been an arachnophobe so her sudden appearances didn't trouble me even when I was a child (I usually just found it curious). I see her as a protective or guiding spirit and I have never felt ill intentions from her.
>>
>>41514338
>a large spider on the ceiling kind of burrowing its way into a hole and disappearing. I'm absolutely sure that these are real interdimensiona
This is the common thread between Astral spider stories. But how and why? We can't see them except for that brief moment upon waking. So why do they need to "leave" so to say? Is it a purely animal instinct to scurry away? Where does that fear response come from? Because as far as I know no one has ever killed one.
>>
>>41514241
Woke up in the middle of the night to feel something crawling across my body and face quite fast. Made me freak the fuck out but I brushed it off as hair since I have long hair and shed a lot.

You are describing bael. I have also had encounters with this awful shapeshifting prince demon. I could make a dummy email tomorrow if you see this and want to talk more. I don't want to say it directly here, but I more or less know what you can do.
>>
>>41514241
Yes, used to happen regularly. It wasn't really a spider to me, more like an insect made out of tendrils. Parasitic spirits are often insect-like.
>>
>>41519021

>>
>>41514241
Holy shit. I dozed off on the couch a few days ago and woke up to see a large spider on the ceiling, it looked almost like a shadow. I blinked and it was gone. I remember looking at the lamp in the room and wondering if a spider crawled over it and got projected onto the ceiling. This is insane. What does it mean??? Are "they" watching me?
>>
>>41519021
Does something need to be done about it? I saw it a few days ago on my ceiling. I wasn't scared and assumed it was an astral bleed through of some sort, I mainly thought it was kind of cool that I saw it. Is something hanging around me now?
>>
Yeah I had sleep paralysis last year and saw a giant spider on my ceiling though I knew it wasn't real. Also I dreamt about a black widow spider last night.

Learn to love spiders. They are cute and goofy, but also badass. Look at this fluffy asshole, his eyes are much too small.

I started talking to the spiders like friends in my screened in porch last year and they stopped invading my space all summer, but continued to kill pests. They are friends.

I wonder if the astral ones are any different . If they were after us, why be visible? That kind of the defeats the stealth and advantage of their anatomy if they were preying on us.
>>
This is such a great thread.

I have been more positive since I encountered the spider. It is noticeable and even others mentioned it to me.

I wonder if they eat your negativity like he guy said in the video .. could it be true?

Took a whole canister of the yellow Dramamine.
You WILL hallucinate.
Many hallucinations look like the Starcraft enemy cloak, how it bends light.
>Saw a "cloaked" 3.5' diameter spider crawl out of a wall and crawl right back into it.
Also saw elves/gremlins/faeries - something indistinct, hopping over, on,, between, around everything on the table, beer bottles etc.
But yeah, giant spider

>>41520735
Is there such a thing as halucination or is it just the veil lifting?
>>
>>41514241
ignore the other fags saying it's a good thing. It's literally an egregor/archon/entity that's feeding off your energy and highly likely the cause of any bad dreams you are having. try to kill it by any means you are capable of next time you see it. Those shits are literally like the spider embryos from the Alien movies, they attach to one of your "chakras" or energy point either chest, back of the head, crotch etc etc and feed off your energy
>>
>>41514241
I had one crawl on me the other night but I grabbed it by instinct and squished it with my fingers. Probably wouldn't have done that "sober" or in my awake mind. 1) I like animals, even spiders, and try to shoo them out first; and 2) it was not this big.
>>
>>41514338
I never saw spiders, but I recall after my brother's suicide, the veil was thin for me; I was angry and the darkness was very close. I remember lying in bed with my girlfriend, asleep but awake. It was the weirdest thing I can even attempt to explain. I tried to get her to help, but she was zonked and my voice did not work. To the left was the door, and there were 3-4 "Grim Reaper" type shadows that filed in, seeming to toy with me and my fear in paralysis (it was 100% paralysis). I was dreaming, but was aware, and the environment was simply my room. Over time I've fought some nasty creatures in my dreams: I remember being in a demon kill-house doing drills in dank basements set up by Michael the Archangel, which was pretty based of him to do desu.
>>
Yes astral spiders exist, in many different shapes and sizes. Some look like Earthen spiders and some look more alien or crablike.

In my experience, there are lots of astral spiders which latch onto you in dreams / nightmares / astral travel if you are not aware. I have one on me thats burrowed into my head. Idk how to get rid of it but it causes bruxism and probably nightmares / sleep paralysis.

I saw them once hanging above doorways in the dream world, and if you walk through they jump on your back. Ended up flamethrowing a bunch of them with a friend while we were travelling

Also i think some of them cause cancer, probably they are the metaphysical entities which legit cause cancer in people. They latch on spiritually and then the tumor grows physically. Fuck those things desu. If anyone knows how to get rid of them please let me know. If my theory about cancer is correct with these things then i believe ancient holy relics can get rid of them, but maybe only for believers / unsinful people (recorded cases of holy relics curing cancer magically, specifically Padre Pio relic)

Yeah the little elve dudes are everywhere, including in our homes. Have seen them on high dose MDMA, in a tree washing their clothes in a wash basin (a tiny elderly gnome couple) and they got freaked out when they realised i could see them, but also curious.

Another time i saw some in my bedroom hiding behind speakers / PC monitors. I think we have no idea what electricity really is. Having constant electric current everywhere is not what we think it is, its connected to interdimnsional entities somehow. I think it enslaves them and thats how electricity can work in a sense (obviously theres physics behind it but im not speaking about physics, theres more to it that isnt known). Also our phones, laptops, computers etc all have higher level entities (possible demons) and even hoardes of demons behind them. If you watch porn alot it attaches a succubus to your phone. Then your phone in a way becomes conscious and actually consciously tries to influence you.

Lots of people noticing this more and more as these entities grow in power from our psychic energy, they think its governments etc fucking with their phone but its probably entities
>>
>>41514383
try cleaning your bedroom. I was having dreams about large ugly spiders chilling in my room, then I realized that my room irl was disgusting and needed a serious cleaning. I think astral parasites can feed off of certain thinks like food laying around, yeast, dirty clothes, etc.

i'm afraid of spiders, the big ones, they come to my dreams and i've learnt they are ther to bring positive things to me, in 2020 i had a dream with one massive spider, huge, like the one in Harry Potter, he asked me: how can i help you? using a very calm and friendly tone. Spiders have never hurt me in my dreams, i'm usually scared because they are big and they move so fucking fast, but they are always pacific, yesterday i dreamed about one of them, it wanted to play with me, no attack, no bit, no nothing, just play. Whenever i dream about them i wake up KNOWING its a good sign and good things are on the way, and remember, i'm afraid of them.
