Pedophiles and serial killers, and to a lesser degree hebephiles and other murders besides serial killers are much more aggressive and sadistic on average than your average person, and desire from their consciousness to their unconsciousness to frighten and disgust and otherwise hurt other people with their very presence. Even if they try to hide it as most do it is the truth of how they feel, and that shows on your face, technically even if you're an expert actor it still affects your microexpressions and there are tells.Of course, there are work arounds for that. I create and destroy brain cells in myself and others so that I can bluff anything if I want, what I'm really thinking will not be betrayed by how I appear unless I will it, which I do often for body language communication.
