If you tell someone you had a dream and their immediate response is a look of shock, usually followed by shaming you for having a dream or acting like sharing dreams is cringe or trying to shut you up, that's how you know you are dealing with one of the Archon's (literally) soulless remote controlled meat puppets aka Matrix Agents, programmed by the "simulation" to keep you here, and dreams are a gateway out, they need to keep sharing dreams as a societal taboo, they are the sole reason it is a societal taboo. The Matrix Agent is shocked you dream at all, by mentioning it you have broken one of their societal rules, shocking them that you aren't enslaved enough yet, they execute their program to bring you down using the "death by 1000 cuts" strategy.
Another way to know is that if you share your dream with them then find for "no reason" they begin acting behind your back to do you harm, spreading lies about you to others, etc. It is because you shared that you dream and aren't bound to their societal rule of not sharing dreams.
