For a few years since a certain point in time I have felt like everything is going beyond my control and so many things seem to go haywire, followed by an ever worsening decline in mental state. I am not fully sure if its the influence of an outside agent pr if its just me so I need a litmus test to know if someone or something has done something malicious against me.

Do these symptoms stop when you enter into holy ground? I don't care which type of religion you pick or whatever but get to ground consecrated by religious people. If all symptoms stop while you're there, could easily be a hex. If it continues despite your presence there, likely internal.
The point isn't the religion when it comes to consecrated ground in this case btw so don't spaz at me if you're not religious yourself. The point is to get to ground where many spiritual people have given their intent for protection, safety, and light.

most weekends I have barely any energy to go to church but when I do I have noticed that my mind is slightly better when I am in there while praying or daydreaming. How do I get rid of the hexes? LBRP? And is there any way to find out the source of the hex or negative influence?

I don't have the answers to any of those, unfortunately. If I were in your position that would be the focus of my research here too. If youre personally a Christian, I'd recommend just bringing this up to a pastor or whatever church leader you trust. You think this is going to be some of the weirdest shit they've ever heard but id bet a thousand dollars its not even close lmao
If you are worried about being judged by your own church, then contact somebody else who is Christian but you still feel comfortable being honest with.
I came at this from the perspective that you might not be Christian because not everybody is and thats fine with me. Since you are, I would absolutely recommend the church approach.
If you were a gay dude who didnt feel welcome on church grounds or something like that, we would have had a slightly more difficult problem kek
