Are there any other ex religious people here? Any ex eternal torture religion? Eternal Torture made me an ex christian after it feared me into becoming a christian

I used to be a Christian out of fear of Hell. It was purely out of fear of Hell if I didn't obey because a spirit was talking to me and I had a weird spiritual experience related to the Bible. Looking back the spiritual experience was from a spirit or something. The spirit told me to do what lead to the spiritual experience in thoughts.

When I analyze the text for what it actually says in English as translated and don't play armchair greek and Hebrew translator with online tools, I cannot believe the Bible is from the Creator, because it says the Creator is going to eternally torture many, and give life to few. The Bible made me hate the creator because eternal torture. I'd have problems with the Creator eternally torturing any, let alone many. It's so petty and pathetic for a Creator who is all powerful to infinitely torture finite beings.

> I was worshipping a pic related out of fear by going to church and obeying a monster that swears to eternally burn all their enmeies, which would include everyone I know plus myself because I hated them in my heart.

Correct the bible fails it's own internal logic

This reality probably has a creator but unlikely to be the SUPREME creator

Abrahamics invert observable reality

He come to me with money in his hand, he offered me, I didn't ask him. I wasn’t knocking someone’s door down, I was running from that. When I got out I was in that, I was already through that, I had that. I had the studio, I went to the studio, I went to Fox studios. I had it all, and I looked at it, and, I said this is a bigger jail than the one I just got out of.

I don’t want to take my time going to work, I got a motorcycle and a sleeping bag, and ten or fifteen girls… What the hell do I want to go off to and go to work for? Work for what? money? I’ve got all the money in the world, I am the king man. I run the underworld, guy. I decide who does what and where they do it at. Why am I going to run around and act like I am some teeny bopper somewhere for somebody else’s money? I make the money man, I rule the nickels.

The game is mine. I deal the cards

Look into Apokatastatis/Christian Universalism. Reply if you want some book/website/youtube recommendations on the topic and I'll provide some.

tl;dr is many in the early church (before it became imperial) believed "hell" (hades, sheol, gehenna, etc) was restorative rather than retributive, and that ultimately all of creation (including all people, even Satan) would be healed, restored, and eventually enter into eternal paradise together.

Even some of the church fathers who helped write the Nicene Creed believed this. If you look, you'll find there's no mention of Hell within it.
