The Garden of Eden was located in what we know today as Edinburgh, Scotland (Edin/Eden). The lush, green, and mountainous surroundings of that area are still visible and are what the series attempts to recreate. The climate wasn't cold back then, and the change is due to shifts in the earth's magnetic north pole.Btw, the series is of British origin.
