Reality is defined. We try to understand the same thing that is as it it. We know the same concepts already but understand them differently. We don't even need to understand to go through life. There is not much to understand anyways. Just live a good life and go to eternal bliss. That's life. Not reaching eternal bliss, but being born and going there forever.
