I dreamt I was being given a tour of a nature park of some sort, I don’t know why, but it felt like I would be participating in some sort of project at the park or maybe I was to begin working there shortly in some undefined role. I didn’t know any of the people giving me the tour but our relationship felt familiar, I could tell we had already established some kind of rapport, They knew me and were happy to have me there.

Anyway, while the tour of the park was concluding we were walking on a sidewalk and I saw a woman wearing a skirt and fashionable top and she was sitting on a blanket at the park, like she was having a picnic or something, she had a basket and drinks. She was very beautiful I was staring, and she caught my gaze, smiled at me, and gestured for me to come near, so I did.

I wasn’t sure if I knew her personally, I could also tell I was dreaming at this point and I felt a bit confused because typically my dreams involve people I know or have a personal relationship with, so I usually know everyone’s name, but I could not remember this woman’s name, even though had the inclination that I did know her at one point in my life. She had a very welcoming/positive aura, she stuck out of the background of my dream like a sore thumb, and while I was dreaming I could tell that I didn’t make this woman up from any kind of memory. As I approached I said “hello” and paused to say her name, but I felt embarrassed that I had somehow forgotten it, and she interrupted and told me her name was “Guinevere”, and that we knew each other and would catch up soon.

I had never heard the name before and I don’t know anyone by that name in real life and I haven’t ever read any kinds of books or stories with a character by that name, and I didn’t know anyone who looked like her, I had to google how to spell the name because, it seemed so unusual to me, but also important for me to know.
