When I do Yoga Nidra, I have OBE experiences alot of the time. Several times I have been to hell and it is extremely painful each time and frightening. During several of the hell ones I was visited by alien like entities. They forced open my mouth and did things to me. They kept taking things out and looking at me like I was undergoing dental surgery. Afterwards I would be somewhere worse alot of the time. If I die within the next few weeks, I will probably go immediately to hell >Inb4 Christian babbling I went to hell because I am a bad person. Don't use this as an opportunity to proselytize. I don't remember most of it, other than that huge mouth pain. It hurt so bad, my physical jaw wouldn't close at all.When the aliens were done with me, the visions would get worse. I don't remember much of them, but they had similar characteristics. These awful demons mocking me, tearing me up into pieces, the repetition and endless cycle of it. Sometimes I'd be in old traumatizing places from my childhood. I hate hell, it's so lonely. I don't want to go back. I know why I went to hell, why I might go back, but the only thing I can't understand is why those things showed up as aliens and kept doing things to me before I was sent somewhere worse.
