Targeting method I.

I. Etheric Jerking
Ether can be molded by mind but more importantly it grips physical matter in its tension lines, those psychic enough who can see those tension lines use them in telekinesis.

It takes a very strong energy body to do and some practice. However - more effects aside from TK are related to it, some psychics and trained occultists i noticed they create a jerking effect on your aura when looking at you. Its combined with energy draining, the higher amount of energy u have the more violent the shakes. Its enough to for example push down ur glasses from ur forehead onto ur eyes sometimes, pull back hood from your head or make you lose balance/fall over when in some imbalanced position.
In my case it tends usually to be from the back/left body side. When ur standing still u will notice that ur body moves gently on its own and its not caused by inside energy movements. But your own energy also produces movements like whipping of the lower spine or belly movements.

Its possible to detect hostile entities/mages looking at you by this effect when youre outside - whether through cameras, drones or directly, if u interrupt their focus - it stops instantly. Sometimes u can pinpoint who exactly is doing it by that. Trained occultists have control of whether they do it by looking at you or not.
When ur drained through this effect u will have cold spots on energy centers on the skin - physically lower skin temperature in affected places, mainly under belly button, plexus, nape of the neck, throat, shoulders, wrists.

Reiki, massage, physiotherapy, doctors, anything involving touch - with enemy ops performing it and layering into it trojan hostile effects.

A lodge member going into the event your attending and then with your little group of newly met people for integration posing as atheist scientist curious about occult trying to know what you know and if you are involved in any organizations etc.

They always try to make it just sneaky enough by figuring how to alter the patterns a bit away from what you know/expect while trying to bait your desires.

Method V.: Analog & Tech Based Targeting

ANALOG - a trained agent stand for a few second behind you in a supermarket focusing on you and producing effects of all sorts. No talking, no touch, no mutual eye contact, just to get behind and focus, sometimes they will have another op try to distract you by talking to you to give the main attacker time to perform their trick. 10-15 seconds in plenty for some. They love to do it in the cashier queue or when you are packing your groceries. Or analog layer into other interactions. Few ops doing different effects at once - let's say one conversation, one analog and another regular occult stuff while some agent in the van outside puts your mind into deeptrance with frequencies. And while few monkey ops walk around to create chaos/ confusion or start making some street theatrics like a fake argument.

MIXED WITH REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING for higher effects, better reading and control.

You can have a cluster of hostile occult effects, shots with dew beams, scanning beam from RNM device, a while later a MODULATING beam from RNM devices, covert hypno commands, drainings, telepathic pressure, energetic hostile effects like trying to move your energy in wrong direction to make you feel off all at once when you are doing something they really don't want you to do, for example. How to Stop the Targeting:

I was targeted but I got out of it a few months ago. I used body detox, mind detox and spiritual detox.

Step 1: Detox from the 'nanobots' and the other antennas they use to target you:
1. Heavy metal detox: zeolite, bentonite, spirulina, chlorella, atlantic dulse algae, charcoal.
2. Anti-parasite cleansing: any herbal anti-parasite pills or tinctures, wormwood, cloves, black walnut hull, pumpkin seeds, diam. earth, CDL/CDS chlor dioxid solution, spirulina, chlorella.
3. Chitin detox (they spray this in the c. trails, it is used as a secred food additive, bioweapons = dust mite like microscopic insects that leave behind chitin and people breath it in): Bromelain or Serrapetase or Nattokinase enzymes. Activated charcoal, aspirin treatment (1 aspirin per day), spirulina, high doses of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
It will take weeks or months to remove these from your body.

Feel free to add other supplements that have helped you.

Step 2: Mental detox

1. Say out loud or in your mind with intent: "I do not consent to being a targeted individual".
2. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts/images/memories about your past, present and future aggressively with intent.
3. State a number of times per day: "I have 100% control of my mind".
4. When you have a negative thought, suggestion, say aggressively: " That's a lie" it snaps you out of that state.
5. Use meditation, relaxation tapes. Read up on the Silva Mind Control Method (how to control your own mind), Autogenic Training, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), buy and listen to tapes by Anthony Robbins and other self-help, motivational coaches. This can be used to reprogramme your mind.

Step 3: Spiritual Detox

Targeting is mainly occult spiritual attacks, they send demons to attack you. It is not 5G or waves or frequencies as they tell you in the alternative media.
In spiritual warfare, you always have to call on a more powerful force/entity than the attackers. Why not ask the top two?

1. Ask Jesus to remove any vexes, hexes, spells, curses and similar things off of you. Ask him to keep these away from you forever.

2. Ask Jesus to invalidate any deal you have made with the devil knowingly or unknowingly and ask him to invalidate any deal that was made against you in the spirit realm.
(Sometimes you click on something and it is a deal with dark forces.)

3. Pray twice a day using the "Our Father..." prayer. The dark forces and entities are repelled by this prayer, they hate it, they run away scared when you do it. It works for non-Christians too.

I wish I could say that other religions work against them, but they don't.

VII. Method: Covert Hypnosis Abuse

This one is huge.
So we have the mass version of it, with layered sound signals, subliminals, trance frequencies and altering brain activity of masses to keep them dumb and obedient.

But we have also targeted version. Passing ambulance/police car with layered hostile hypnotic effect via silent sound/microwave hearing to trigger negative occult effects like holes in the aura, energy leak, or plugging of enemies in who happen to be in that vehicle or elsewhere.

Triggering pre-programmed effect to put you into deeptrance instantly and do something like further programming, amnesia, disorientation, fear, interruption. (if you have amnesia by suggestion you know 100% you are in deep trance by the way). Mind control, dissuasion, persuasion, sabotage, lethargy, compulsion, inducing emotions, urges, manipulating thoughts, in severe cases words and motorics.

I was very fortunate and went along with going to a partial hospitalization program like my mom and the social worker wanted me to when I was getting out of detox instead of going to a halfway house and throwing my fortunes to the winds.

When I was in the partial hospitalization program, eventually I just noticed that there was too much evidence against what I thought I was experiencing for it to be real, so I told the doctor who was in charge of the program and said I wanted to be on an antipsychotic. He said, "That's great, what antipsychotic?" and named a few. I told him I wanted Abilify (which I had been on before and doesn't cause a lot of drowsiness and fatigue like Seroquel and Zyprexa). I stayed on it long enough for it to work, the delusions went away and I was in a safe place to "land," so to speak (I had tried to kill myself before when I felt the delusions come crashing down.) I had also had visual hallucinations when things were at their worst.

The Abilify caused restless legs, so after I got home I got on Rexulti with a new psychiatrist (which they usually pair with an antidepressant but I'm just on the Rexulti now with Lamotrigine, Clonazepam, and Focalin.)

I'm actually doing really well, all things considered. I take piano lessons and am talking on the phone with a really cute 25 y/o woman I met on Tinder who likes my "girlmode."

I honestly am kinda hard on myself.

I was able to go back to college and got an academic award.

They don't talk enough about psychosis in treatment centers. They focus on a lot of CBT DBT type stuff that is great and all but if someone is sitting there hearing voices and haven't told anyone, they really need to hear about that.
