A guy called Rudi (authenticneigong) teaches the real deal. I was part of his group for a while, but I think he charges too much and I don't like the community he's cultivated. There's an Italian guy who's name escapes me at the moment who teaches the same thing. I don't have any direct experience with him, but they're both from the same lineage apparently. After learning the appropriate technique, I went looking to see if there was anything else like it and I ended up finding a lady called Leah Franklin on YouTube. At first glance she might seem your typical new age woman peddling watered down qi gong, but she's teaching legit nei-gong (her teacher was a legit chinese dude). The methods she gives are very similar to what the guys above teach (at least the basics, which are the most important) and she does it for a fraction of the cost. I even brought up the similarities at one point in the community discord, but got promptly ignored which to me was further confirmation that what she was teaching was legit/similar (can't have any competitors that are selling the product for 10x less the price, now can we).As far as I'm aware, the above is the most easily available nei gong that's actually legit. Even with access to legit methods, nei gong is kind of a dead end for most people.
