In theory yes, it's as easy and willing it and they would drop. In practice it must be fated in the eyes of The Almighty God, and frankly ordinary causes of death and ordinary timings are adequate in most cases for him. There are a few possibilities. But all of them involve making a contract with supernatural beings, which will do your bidding and fulfill carrying out your death wish on the other person but will leave you indebted to them. And they definitely WILL come to collect this debt from you one day and you will wish that you had never made a contract with them in the first place then. Only use this method if cursing the other person to imminent death is more important to you than the well being of your eternal soul. Otherwise I strongly advise you to steer clear of this.
