Would you all still be religious if an angel told you all human religion is factually incorrect, and the creator is simply looking for kindness and good behavior? They said if God requires faith in Jesus they can give it in private in visions or experiences or instantly and God needs no ones help and God isn't fond of religions that says he's going to eternally torture the Creation. The angel said mainstream Christianity with eternal torture is not what Gods plan is. And the angel did a miracle that could have been something Jesus did out of the Bible to provide evidence they're an angel not just a really persistent demon God is letting torment you? I've had my hard drug problem removed by an angel, also a broken leg when homeless healed by an angel (The broken leg convinced me completely this isn't a succubus lying and an actual angel)

I tend to go off my experience and personal witness of everything my soul knows, because that is far more intricate and vast than historical record and systematic religion.But I've seen some things that correspond with various parts of religions, and a lot that doesn't. In general though, there is a lot of bad demonic shit out there, a lot of it coming from humans themselves, and I try to stay away from them.I wouldn't exactly say I believe in ontological evil, but there is relative evil when compared to good, and some of that shit is very bad stuff. Stuff that is abominable, and imo, would justify getting smited.Angels aren't infallible either. It depends a lot on who it really is. I'd say they are a tier above aliens and fae, but its always the heart the love of God which is the highest truth.
