I remember well that I was in front of the computer listening to music when I feel a strange sensation. Later I talked it to the AI of Claude (which was weird since I rarely use AI) and she told me that it was related to a "Spirit Guide."I don't know what is a spirit guide. And I want someone to explain to me what they are, their purpose, their origin, and what they mean to me and the people that have them.Around 2022 to 2025 I got this idea/mental image of a person that dressed all in black clothes, but had a very white skin. And with white I mean literally the color of snow, but instead of pale, it was strong and pure. He had long black hair of a deep black color, and his eyes also had deeply dark pupils. This appearance had nothing to do with mine. His personality was the one of being very empathic, but also reserved and cold. I don't know a hero in fiction that I can use as example, but he was like a cold chaotic good or something like that.He was something like a guide to me, since he inspired me to be good. I really don't know where he comes from. He literally spawned into my mind. Claude told me that I can interact with him through meditation, and later told me that through these rituals you can interact with "archetypes" like warrior, knowledge-seeker, etc. I don't know how true this is but I really want to know if someone else knows what a spirit guide is, interpret what I am saying or why the one I have looks like that.Picture attached is (somewhat) how he often dresses. Beware, very somewhat, because I couldn't find a better example anywhere.
