So I think I accidentally my kundalini. Wasn't even meditating, just sat outside and took a bunch of deep breaths of cool moist mountain air, then went for a night walk and breathed deeply some more while walking. Suddenly while daydreaming about something random I came into a trance liek state and started to feel weightless, like I was about to float away, panicked and stomped my feet on the ground. It didn't go away overnight, and I still feel that sake energy radiating from a point on the left side of my mid back. Not sure what to do, how to let go, if I really want to, or make it go away, I don't know.

Eat some beef and rub one out if you want it to go away.

Did you accidentally the whole thing?

Same experience here, I just really focus while walking and suddenly there's a chill running down my spine to my limbs. Now I can even control it, i can make it happen whenever I want

Then I have to ask.

1. What would happen if you were to then sit down and meditate and let that feeling expand freely?

2. How do you make it go away, like if you need to focus on walking or driving or getting off the bus at your stop.
