everything low, cold-blooded, and poisonous. From this point onward it splits into two
streams: one that remains cosmic and one that becomes earthly and demonic.
The cosmic stream is transformed into the Teli — the great celestial Dragon that coils around
the North Pole (the constellation Draco). The Sefer Yetzirah, the Zohar, the Ari, and the Vilna
Gaon all agree: the Teli is none other than the head of that original serpent, now subdued
and bound by God to serve as the invisible axis around which the entire universe spins. It is
no longer free to act; it is forced to act as the throne-pole of creation. Its body becomes the
Milky Way, its tail becomes the lunar nodes (the points where eclipses happen), and it is kept
under permanent divine guard so that it cannot break loose again.
The earthly, fallen stream becomes the hosts of evil serpents and dragons that fill the lower
worlds:
- Leviathan the Fleeing Serpent and Leviathan the Coiling Serpent (Isaiah 27:1) — two
gigantic sea-dragons that still exist in the depths of the cosmic ocean. The Zohar says they
are male and female; if they were ever allowed to mate they would destroy the entire world.
God therefore killed the female and salted her flesh for the future messianic banquet, while
keeping the male alive but bound.
- Rahab, the Prince of the Sea — the arrogant dragon serpent that surrounds the entire realm of impurity (Zohar, Idra Rabba) — a
dark counterpart to the holy Teli, coiled around the outer shells (qlipot) like a black dragon
guarding the back side of creation.
- The legions of serpent-demons (shedim, mazzikim, and nachashim) that crawl through the
lower astral planes, attach themselves to human beings, and feed on sexual impurity, anger,
and blood. All of them trace their lineage back to that original injection of zuhama by the
Nachash in Eden.
- In the future, at the end of days, God will finally slaughter the remaining cosmic dragons

Midrash and Zohar (Zohar Chadash, Bereishit 10b; Tikunei Zohar 21) say that when the
serpent was cursed to crawl on its belly, the main point of impact where its cosmic head
struck the earth was the land of Egypt — and more precisely, the area that later became
Giza.
The Ari (Shaar ha-Pesukim on Genesis 3) and the Leshem (Sefer ha-Klaliyut) teach that
the spiritual “filth” (zuhama) that the serpent injected into humanity sank into that exact
geographical location and created a permanent “gate of impurity” there.
2. **The Great Pyramid is the physical embodiment of the Teli’s fallen shadow**
The Baal Shem Tov and his main students (Toldot Yaakov Yosef, Degel Machaneh Efraim,
and later the Komarna Rebbe) openly call the Great Pyramid “Rosh ha-Teli shel Klipa” — the
Head of the Teli on the side of impurity.
In other words: the holy Teli is the celestial dragon coiled around the north pole (Draco). Its
unholy twin, its qlipothic double, manifests physically on earth as the Great Pyramid. That is why the pyramid points exactly to the old pole star Thuban in Draco — the star that was
literally the “head of the dragon” when the pyramid was built (c. 2600 BCE).
3. **The pyramid complex is a giant “battery” or anchor for the serpent forces**
The Ramchal (Adir ba-Marom) and the Leshem (Shaarei ha-Leshem) explain that the
three main pyramids plus the Sphinx form a massive talisman that keeps the remaining
power of the Nachash Kadmoni anchored and concentrated in our world.
As long as that structure stands intact, the final cosmic slaughter of Leviathan and the full
redemption cannot happen — because part of the serpent’s primordial strength is still
“trapped” and protected inside the stone.

What Jesus actually did to the Dragon (from the Kabbalah side of the equation)
- He **pierced the head** of the serpent (Genesis 3:15 fulfilled).
The Ari and the Gra say that the crucifixion was the mystical moment when the **holy
sparks trapped inside the serpent’s skull** (the divine light that the Nachash swallowed in
Eden) began to be forcibly extracted.
That is why the earth quaked, the sky went dark, and the veil of the Temple tore — the
cosmic serpent roared in real pain because part of its stolen light was ripped out.
- He **bound the dragon for the symbolic “thousand years”** (Revelation 20 = the entire
current age of the Church / the period of relative restraint).
In Lurianic terms, the power of the qlipot was “sweetened” and chained at the cross; the
serpent can no longer act with the same primordial freedom it had before Calvary.

He is the final **human incarnation of the serpent’s head** — the last Pharaoh, the last
embodiment of Samael riding a human host.
