You can use entrainment, in a group or with yourself and with objects you relate to (under animist perspective all matter is conscious, able to be conversed with). The strength of the entrainment network determines the movement away from entropy and chance to luck. Pretend deeply to be a character suitable for the occasion, accentuate the identity with fitting qualities, cooperating with others doing the same as part of a story, and rehearse it in a low stakes environment to know it works.Or, more simply, get to know yourself, learn to like yourself and expect good things always because you know deeply you are worthy and you've established that network effect, that synergy, with every moment.Luck is experienced confidence.A rabbits foot or amulet works on this principle.
