I am undergoing a lot of therapy, shadow work and development of new routines.
I have left a relationship that was not good for me.
I feel better like I’ve leveled up a great deal and I’ve been taking time to heal.
However I am getting older and after two failed relationships I am beginning to detach from the possibility of a “life partner”. Not that I don’t believe it’s possible I’m just done chasing it or trying to make it occur.

Why do I cry 3-5 times per week (with addition of knowing the average for women is 2-5 per month)? That’s a lot when spanning many years, right? That all resonates with me. She is definitely dealing, or rather NOT dealing, with a mental illness and has taken from me. She has taken from and manipulated multiple people selfishly, and I, being one of them, selfishly manipulated her in return, trying unsuccessfully to gain something. I do feel as thought I was needing to get away from something, but I haven't put my finger on exactly what yet. She definitely forced me out of hiatus/rest/recovery, and I definitely was not ready yet, especially for this. I am still trying to escape the personal turmoil she has instilled in me.
