>>41661247A long time ago I watched at least one documentary about them (can't remember how many, other UFO documentaries that don't focus on them still mention them) and I think they're aliens/other entities disguising themselves as government agents rather than actually being government agents. There's usually something wrong with their uniforms, lots of people describe them as looking like corpses, they know about things humans shouldn't be able to know about, in some tales they display supernatural powers, and their motives don't always add up for government agents. There's been times the government wants UFO reports to come in yet these 'government agents' try to stop the witnesses. I think they're aliens or demons disguising themselves as spooky government agents to intimidate witnesses from speaking out because they don't want humans to catch onto their activities on Earth and know that government agents have authority among humans.
