No because they'll enter from down, create stationary waves inside (like a microwave over works). Build a faraday cage for your bed, that's the best you can do. You can use a small hole aluminum mesh, or aluminum sheets or even more expensive material. Silver is a big one but expensive. The cage to be effective must be closed at all sides without opening.Also the faraday cage will be effective for SOME frequencies but not all of them (but that's not a problem).You will not stop very low frequencies like HAARP mind control ones. But you will block cellphone, television, radio, you will block 3G, 4G. 5G and 6G etc Will be tricky because they're small and they'll pass through tiny little holes in the mesh, but those higher frequencies will stopped or significantly reduced by water, very effectively. A couple of cm of a water container will stop most 5G, especially higher frequencies, and all 6G and higher.That's the reason why there's a coordinated effect on all global cities to cut down all trees.
