>>41665281I thought it was a nice book, but I've found it so difficult to be as kind as loving as the book tries to get you to be considering how hard it is just to get by now days. But there's still a lot of good self help info in it anyway
>>41665281Why not just read it and find out? How long is the book? How slow could you possibly read? It's not like you have to believe the book forever if you read it and don't like it. You will have only "wasted" a few hours and reading pretty much any book is a better use of your time than an equivalent amount of 4chan shitposts.
