so, some years ago i was able to raise the kundalini energy to the higher chakras, and i experienced a divine ecstasy like no other. How-ever. now that i've opened my third eye, i feel a great deal of pressure, a pulsating pressure that varies in intensity, it can get really annoying. And it's been like this for years.Any tips? any experienced meditators have had a similar problem?

>>41678300I did the basic mantras. first i started with the root, then progressed upward, as you do this you may feel sensations at the corresponding chakra. Spend around 5 minutes on each chakra. Do this repeatedly over the course of weeks.

Was Yahweh possessing her making her whig out? she claims she woke up in doggy style position after and the demon had her in sleep paralysis mocking her about not being able to say jesus's name. She was blaming me for her dream, I couldn't help but smirk which made it worse but it was funny because its proof of Daniel 10/spiritual warfare, Yahweh is not all powerful.
>>41678259assuming that what you are saying is actually correct (i don't think what you are describing sounds like kundalini), you probably have too much energy getting stuck in the head.you can try to bring it down through your shoulders and arms and vent it out of your fingertips and palms. this will help you get rid of excess energy until your crown chakra opens enough that it'll be able to vent out naturally through the top without causing pain.
