Guys I found out the best balance between digital minimalism - and being able to function in the world Setup :Phone - Jelly Star Olauncher (app)Black screen (or a nice one)A single thing , calls . That's it , everything else bring into the real world Buy a clock Buy a camera etc Okay so this is absolutely the most detox you can do to your phone , it's literally only "calls" + you can also edit your quick settings to basically only have 1 , and completely remove your status bar Oh I forgot to mention you need to delete all time on your phone !The nice thing to this is that let's say you go to a restaurant and bro says you need to scan your phone for the menu or some shit - you can do just fine . Computer -I have a x220 thinkpad but my only fault is that I can take it anywhere I want No , buy a desktop PC, as cheap and slow as possibile (even a 100$ PC would do just fine)Same setup , black screen , no time settings , delete time etc . I managed to delete all time settings on both phone and laptop , no edits , just from settings . (On phone I used an app desu) . It's nice because you think differently when you just don't look at a clock 24/7So where was I? Oh yeah , use a desktop (somewhere where it's uncomfortable to use , like in a corner somewhere) Black screen , no time , only broswer I use it for downloading songs and putting them into my mp3 player , checking some prices , buying stuff online if you want , and that's it . I honestly believe this is the most digital minimalism you can do , the absolute peak AND you also don't have to disconnect from the world , even a bit . Phone only for calls Desktop only for music for my mp3 player (for my use)Maybe some mf will find this comment and use it for his own good
