Started listening to the Illuminatus! Trilogy audiobook at work three days ago. I was enjoying it, interesting concepts, good performancy by the narrators.Listened for four hours the first day, started getting a bit of a headache, slept unusually poorly that night. The next day I listened for ten hours and the headache got much worse. That night I slept very poorly, and yesterday I couldn't go into work because the headache was splitting and I was nauseous. Didn't listen at all. This morning I feel much better but there was definitely something fucking with me in my dream. It wore the faces of my parents, made insinuations about my character, and told me I had overslept so I would wake up, and laughed at me as I was leaving. Are these books some kind of bad medicine?
Yes it is bad medicine which advocates pedo shit.Next question
i bought this book when I was like 12 and finished reading it at 21. Good book. The way rob and rob switch pov characters without really telling you makes it a difficult read. It helped to have heard bob wilson do public speaking and to read the narration in his voice. The book is very anarcho-sexual. If you want something more pragmatic try prometheus rising

>>41685382I dunno, but I have Part 3 on my bookshelf. I found it in the book bin at a psych ward, while I was waiting on my order for Cosmic Trigger I to arrive. I haven't read the whole thing, but I thought it was weird that I would stumble across this book like I did.
>>41689548>Bin at a psych wardYes anon that checks out. The book is just far enough beyond schizobabble to be vaguely disturbing.Dreams last night were just the threshold and geometric color. Nothing interesting. Headache has subsided.I'll listen to some more and see if it gets bad again.
