I'm having trouble going to sleep because i think that if I do i'll wake up at 3 a.m and find an obese Tyrannosaurus Rex that somehow managed to squeeze into my room. I had a dream about this once, and all the dinosaur did was stare at me intently (like that one meme of the chipmunk staring at you), i couldn't even feel its breath or it's smell. Another time i had a similar dream, only this time I slowly got out of bed to go to the bathroom. I got a little scared because I could see the dinosaur tilting its head to look at me. I left the room and suddenly found myself trapped in a hallway. I walked down the hallway until I felt the damn Tyrannosaurus chasing me with its fat legs. That's when I woke up from the dream at 5 a.m.Is there any explanation for this? Should I see a psychiatrist? Does anyone else have this paranoia about finding a dinosaur in their room at 3 a.m.?
