They're basically admitting Gnosticism is true because Gnosticism says the Sun was put here by the gods of the Pleroma (the higher reality) to bathe us in wavelengths of the higher realm to help us and the Demiurge (Satan) does not want it here. But the Demiurge can't get rid of it because it was put by a power higher than himself. So now he is using his human pawns to block out the sun for him since that is allowed. And they call it "Project Satan" to block out the sun.
