There's nothing for the victim to learn from that. That does not mean that there is not a lesson and it doesn't mean that we exist in a "loosh theme park" designed to extract suffering. Suffering is just a byproduct of freedom and entropy, it doesn't require some evil grand architect. It doesn't require intention, coordination, or centralized control at all. Some things are just horrible and unjustified and unfair and without localized meaning. That doesn't mean that there's no meaning or that existence is a scam.
