My bad trips were all on weed funny enough.
Reality shattering shit, not enjoyable in any way. It started off with sounds becoming louder, then I began to hear passing thoughts way louder, then it felt like beings were taking up physical space around me, and pushing me, laughing, taunting, etc. I got punched in the face and it physically hurt. Felt like my vocal chords were filled with noise, screams. Soon the senses became too "loud", I would lose all sense of space and time, only knowing fear, occasionally to become lucid for a split second before being pulled back into the fire. I saw visions of aliens, angels, demons, doing everything from sitting around watching me and commentating to actively tearing me apart limb from limb, using proboscii to suck the light out of me. I think hell is a mix of other people doing us wrong and us doing ourselves wrong. Having no hope is pretty much hell. When your mindset is negative enough it actually destroys your physical body. When you take drugs and "hallucinate" you'll have a bad trip if your thoughts are negative enough. We influence each other. Our life could be closer to an ideal or hell depending on what's done to us and how we respond to it. If you're scared, guilt ridden, hopeless etc. it might have more of an effect than just on your physical body. We might end up in a world based on what we were trained in and gave into. I can't say for sure but I think it's better to stay as positive as possible in this life. Easier said than done but even at the worst it's possible to choose better. Belief is underrated and can be trained through repetition either way. Try to repeat the good things a lot even if it looks bad.
