What are some common causes for tinnitus beyond the typical "loud music listening/factory working" physical ones? And can you cure the physically caused ones with spiritual practices including meditation or something else?
>>41695315tmj issues this bootlegged audiotherapy is effective on 70% under ideal conditions, also banishes goblinshttps://generalfuzz.net/acrn/
>>41695315I have several. The first one I got the classical way by being a dumb kid using earbuds all the time and standing right next to the speaker at concerts. The other one came in recent years and is more elaborate, it goes up and down like the beeping tones in radio static and I don't hear it all day like the first one, just when I'm tired and ready to sleep. The third one is a low whooshing sound like ocean waves and it took me a while to realize that it's actually my heartbeat, just kind of slowed down and muffled. This one appears only when I'm really exhausted or stressed out, or drunk. All of them appear when I talk or think about them though. Like right now while typing this I hear all three. This makes me think it might be psychosomatic in some way or can at least be amplified by the brain.
>>41695339Will try it out, thanks>>41695394Damn, I have developed a second one kind of recently. It's an oscillating wave of one beep, maybe similar to your second or third one. Overall my tinnitus has increased recently, which is why I am much more concerned now.
>>41695402Yeah, mine have increased too but it might be just the general state of the world messing with my head. Overall I'm much more relaxed about it than when I was younger. It's easy to get into a vicous cycle where the more you stress about it, the worse it gets, but I learned to avoid that now for the most part.
>>41695339THANK YOU SO FUCKIN MUCH ANON
>>41695463I don't really stress about it, but I do want to try and permadecrease it. since I think the second one might be fully curable. Even today, I used earswabs to clean my ears and the interior hurt for the first time in my life, might be irritation or even infection. But it can also be psychosomatic.
>>41695315Focus on the sound, "try" to locate it, FOCUS ON IT FOR REAL, like magic it goes away. You're welcome.
>>41695504for me that has the opposite effect, it gets stronger>>41695487I also believe that it might be curable, or able to be silenced with technology, maybe some kind of advanced neuroscience with brain implants or something
