There is an active guild of Vampires currently living in Sri Lanka. The age of surveillance has disturbed the traditions of the Vampires. Because of this they are now retreating to quieter countries where they can remain hidden, they have multiple underground facilities in Sri Lanka, accessed via caves and occasionally seemingly normal businesses. They pay the Sri Lankan government with their wealth acquired over the centuries. No one suspects the vampires would move to a tropical island. I have seen them, and they are actively looking for me. Please do not take this as a joke, you can find vampires in Sri Lanka, you just have to look.
