If this is a school, it’s a terrible school. I think Gnosticism is too vague and another coping mechanism and the simulation theory is too because they try to blame things like gods, angels, demons, machines, and they try to reject certain hard truths. The truth is simple and always has been. It exists but the one doing the oppressing is us, “humans”, always has been. I believe in extraterrestrials, but I believe they’re the same as us, just more free and not confined to physical form. I think the UFO community is heavily lied to, I believe the galactic federation may be a psyop and to me the flat earth movement was a test to see how far they could push psyops. Most people who claim to deal with the federation say the galactic federation views humanity in a weird light because we call ourselves humans and divide each other up based on ethnicity even though apparently they see our forms as temporary and basically clothes to them. But here's the big twist in my opinion, they wouldn’t be a “federation” then because they categorize themselves based on races such as “nords” “reptiles” “greys”, yet they look at us in a weird light because we divide each other by ethnicity? It’s a psyop! By our own government!
This is as far as I’m willing to go without spiraling or sounding too delusional I think the truth about UFO’s is somehow tied deeply to spirituality but not in the abrahamic sense, I think real alien stuff is covered up because once people know it’s not supposed to be like this they can no longer be controlled.
