My question for those who think the term "NPC" is offensive. Why are they not alongside us asking questions trying to figure out what is going on in the world? Is trying to learn who we are and what world we live in not the most important thing? Why is it that when we ask questions they not only push nonsense beliefs on us, they shame us for trying to seek truth?Should they not be alongside us asking questions? Do they truly have our best interest in mind as spirited beings? Or do they actually serve the powers that be which want to enslave humanity?

>>41699967>Is term "NPC" is offensive?Caring if something is offensive on an /x/ or spiritual level is some jew and poo religion level of retarded.
>>41699967I don’t like being called an npc because I don’t feel like one but otherwise I don’t think it’s inherently insulting. There’s nothing wrong with being an npc as long as we don’t use that classification as a reason to abuse or discriminate against people.I think people become npcs due to factors in their life. Things like feeling stuck for a long time can lead to people ‘turning off’ their higher functions and just fulfilling a role. For example my mother has become an npc late in life due to severe medical issues and lots of personal trauma, she would rather not think anymore. But my father has had the opposite experience, almost coming back from the edge of npc due to experiences later in life.Just like a tree can be on the way to death but still have a few green leaves. Npcs are rotting trees that still have some external growth showing.
the jew worship shilling chatbots definitely seem offended by it
>>41699967It is more like a derogatory term or slur.I'm the only conscious being here. I don't slur my dream characters by calling them 'NPC'.plus, they are technically playable since I can possess any of my dream characters.
>>41699967>My question for those who think the term "NPC" is offensive.No. You just need to remember that most psychics have an inner NPC, and by externalizing the NPC behavior and making yourself superior to others just by a word and no merit. Makes you more vulnerable and more likely to relapse into an npc yourself.
>>41699967> Is term "NPC" is offensive?yes. weirdly, it is. I don’t know why, but every time I say that term around normies they get VERY uncomfortable. the observable pattern is this : >be me >start venting about some shit>normalfag says “what’s wrong” >I say “these fucking NPCs”>normalfag squirms and gets awkward>friendship overit has an inverse effect, too - as a test, I started saying it sort of under my breath when talking to someone I suspect actually gets it (more rare but it happens) they’ll chuckle and ask “did you just say NPC”? it’s like a litmus test - you automatically know where someone stands when you say the word in front of them. my theory? like people with aphantasia, actual NPCs exist, and they know what they are, and they get very upset when other people bring it up. before the term popped up here, NPCs basically created a stigma about 4chan, that using any terminology from this place automatically makes you “an enemy” IRL, so when it finally did start getting traction, you were immediately ostracized if you used it. essentially, even though NPC is an accurate, non-denominational term that originated from video games, it still has the same impact as the word “nigger” to them, simply because,to them, anything from this website translates to “discrimination”. thus, the NPC defends being an NPC *not* because “being an NPC” is a desirable achievement but because NPCs were made into a protected marginalized group because “4chan says that word”. just like “sloppa”, however, the term NPC escaped this place and is now used widely on reddit youtube and tiktok, and the people who get offended by it pretend not to be and even use it themselves, since normie “society” finally said it was ok.
>>41699967If NPCs aren't sentient, who is there to offend? NPCs don't have selves/souls.
>>41699967No, you can't seriously offend something that has no higher thought.
>>41700488"others""merit"all of these loaded 'super serious stakes' ontology words. It's exhausting. Imagine if that were true. That God were so utterly neurotic that he just HAD to allow the Demiurge to exist.I JUST HAVE TO! I JUST GOTTA!!!ITS FOR A LESSON OR SOMETHING!!Nah. It's my dream. I'm God. This is a game.
>>41699978this you should offend their religion and read revelation 21. Tell them heaven will be destroyed.
>>41700628I am a monistic solipsist so I believe that no appearance around me has a subjective first person experience. This does not mean that I disrespect them or act like a jerk though.I see NPC as a slur toward the dream characters. They are still my subconscious dream fabric and I value the role of the subconscious into being molded by my will to create these immersive experiences.
>>41699967I don't like it. How can I be sure Im not an NPC? That would be brutal, an NPC who thought others are NPC now crushed by own hubris.
>>41699967>Why are they not alongside us asking questions trying to figure out what is going on in the world? Is trying to learn who we are and what world we live in not the most important thing? In my personal experience with NPCs, they really don't like actually going out and learning things on their own. They never use the knowledge they have to figure things out within their own head, they would much rather have it told to them by someone or something else. That is genuinely their solution, that's how they see it. "Thinking is for the professionals." They'd probably say.
it's like telling a twitter shill bot you know they are a twitter shill bot. of course they'll get angry and threatened. you exposed they just exist to perpetuate fake narratives and systemshylics are basically demiurge's personal twitter shill farm. they trick you into participating in ignorance and they get unironically possessed/piloted by archonic spirits because they are soulless material constructs
