I feel like I have some karmic burden of being a light sleeper and being forced to live in places with lots of noise at night.Does chronic sleep deprivation negatively affect spirituality? Is there any way to become a deep sleeper?
What are the spiritual consequences of a federal agency using /x/ as an AI training data source by asking "what are the spiritual consequences of XYZ" or "how is XYZ spiritual?" in order to create optimized bots that exhaust and despirit users on this board and commodify conversations?Don't reply to these threads.
>>41700978fuck off dude I am running on low sleep so I can't come up with a better title. I am seriously looking for help
>>41700965try not to sleep for 5 days and see god
>>41700982>how is my behavior harming my spirituality>instantly gets angry and says "fuck off"Ok so buy a mask and earplugs, then work on your shitty antisocial attitude that's a way bigger problem in terms of your spiritual progression.
>>41701016>earplugsI was going to write a snarky reply but held back. I do use earplugs pretty much every night unless my ears are too sore from using them. The noise is too loud to be stopped by them.
>Feel sleepy and tired>Meditate for ten seconds>Feel refreshed and ready to go
>>41701067meditation is not a substitute for sleep
>>41701055When you’re old enough, try alcohol.
>>41700965Sleep deprivation is one half of the equationhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eroto-comatose_lucidity
>>41700965When your sleep gets morally degenerated and perverse = sleep depravation
>>41701086I am in recovery from alcoholism lmao. Coming onto 3 years now without alcohol. Besides the quality of sleep after drinking was terrible. It was closer to being knocked unconscious rather than actual rest.
>>41700965I was homeless in NYC for a month. The inability to get more than an hour or two of sleep at a time is almost certainly what drives the non-crazy homeless crazy eventually. Everything else is manageable to a degree, but it's impossible to get sleep and it rapidly erodes your sanity.
>>41700965you have some kind of sound sensitivity. most people can sleep with noise going on, and even in public. i always found that insane how its possible but i'm also a light sleeper very affected by noise. i dont know if we're the normal ones or the weird ones.also you might have autism, sound sensitivities are very common with it.
>>41701141That's quite the story anon. I would love to hear more about that if you are open to it. Also I am glad that you are out of it now.
>>41701171I think it's definitely not normal to be this sensitive to sound. Especially since I never "adapt" like some people do.
>>41701172not much of a story really, I was a huge fuckup and had to wait a bit before I could crash with a friend so I was homeless for a month.
>>41701226how did you drain your balls?
>>41700978is not just /x/, /k/ also has the same problemsage
>>41701483whats the tactical advantage of you sucking tons of dicks?
>>41701055Have the entities whispering in your ear at night introduced themselves yet?
