If used correctly and responsibly, alcohol can ward off demons without any negative consequences (outside of the cost of alcohol). First of all, you must be hitting adequate daily mineral requirements. Do this regardless even if you don't drink. Magnesium is the most important next to sodium but most people consume enough salt. I recommend taking Magnesium chelate. Next, get yourself an affordable but quality table spirit. I personally choose picrel. You don't want it to be anything too fancy because of the next step; put approximately 30ml of the spirit into a glass and full the rest with mineral water. Drink two of these within the first hour of your day and then drink one more per hour until bed. This will give you enough power to ignore the demons, but not enough to where you become one yourself. I wouldn't drink in the morning but some drinks is not bad. The desert fathers limited themselves to two cups of wine a day
