Hello,During the North American eclipse of 2024 I meditated and “prayed” for the higher beings watching me to guide me and experience this realm/life with and through me. I can’t remember the exact wording but I had written it out. Anyway I’m not super into meditating or spiritual rituals but I had an image of a rune pop into my head. It was red and “painted” on a wooden door. Then I had an image of a massive ice warrior with blue skin and frosted eyebrows/beard (almost Viking looking) walking towards the door behind me as I walk meditating in a room sitting criss cross with my back to the door. I was spooked and cutoff the connection and opened my eyes. Attached is a shit rendition of the rune I saw. I drew it immediately after I saw it. It “felt” like it was stacked? But I’m not sure. I am not Nordic descent or close to it. Let me know what you guys think it means. Thank you

>>41703099 My meditation experience suggests that it is best not to become attached to visions, especially without deep experience in single-pointed meditation. You mentioned feeling fear. Meditating on this rune could intensify that state. Visions can vary widely, from peaceful to terrifying. The best approach is to neither cling to nor identify with whatever arises, while maintaining a calm and single-pointed focus. Only by strengthening the mind in this way can one progress to deeper stages of practice, where working directly with such visions becomes possible.
