The person I was "tied" to has a male cane corso. One night I smoked a ton of hash and had a hypnagogic daydream that I was performing lifesaving stomach surgery on that dog as she was nearby. A few days later, I run into her family friend that walks that same dog and takes care of him while shes at work. The male cane corso was missing, Ive asked him about the dogs whereabouts and he told me that the dog is recovering from an emergency abdominal surgery as the dogs stomach got twisted. Up until that point, I would write off my thoughts as an obsession or limerence around this person which made it manageable evn though I would think about her at least once a day even when I was dating someone else. I would constantly run into her license plate number almost always as I was thinking about her. We never ever spoke, we just went to the same gym and lived in the same neighborhood. The reason why we never spoke was because I was cold and rude to her one day when I ran into her at the entrance, she said 'Hi' and i just ignored her because I had an bad day and wasnt in the mood for other people. This was 6 fucking years ago and she did stalk me for a while (Google Trends confirms it). I just really hope she finds someone else and leaves me out of her thoughts if shes never going to interact with me, this spiritual vampirism is draining.
