>>41710785The only scene that would have been changed is a removal of what is on the actual note given to Tom Cruises character. The rest of the film is still there. They pimp their kid out at the end of the film. Its just less explicit and is implied. The meaning is that there are elite sex parties, where they drug and diddle each other and sometimes kids.
