Are some of you familiar with this?I have this or some sort of varation but closely related to that for now over 15 years and i can not fix this. It started as a kid where ive noticed this energy in the base of my spine which i pushed upward my spine, and now i constantly have this electric feeling in my nerves, my spine is itching, high pulse. this guy talks about his spontaneous Kundalini awakening as well. he wasn't looking to activate it at all so he tried to look around for ways to remedy the side-effects. don't expects doctors to help because they focus on the material body, not the subtle one. pick up some tips from here and apply them.

Qi deviation usually refers to an imbalance of the elements within the body. It has nothing to do with Kundalini itself. While New Agers may fetishize Kundalini, spontaneous Kundalini awakenings are well-known phenomena around the world and have nothing to do with the New Age movement itself.

>>41712206I must say i somehow was able to cure it after getting it, two years in or so I focused on the energy area in my spine around the height of my shoulders or slightly below where the heart is, and i reversed this pull ive expierenced, and spun it around 180 degrees aiming it outward my chest. Then my body followed this in a very strange motion, especially my head, neck and upper chest.When i fell down into my bed again, i was cured. It felt like i was standing in the corner of a room inside my body and suddenly i was in the middle of it again. Its hard to explain, but i had no symptoms or anything for months, then it started again. And i cant replicate it. But thanks i will look for a guru
