McDonald's is a terrible place to work because the only people who work there are teenagers and kids, or people who can't work anywhere else. The entire work culture is based on abusing their work force. They will work you 39 hours a week with no set schedule, so you don't get benefits, pay you minimum wage, and the worst part is you dont have a set schedule so its hard to go to school or work a second job. They treat you like they own your time and life and are entitled to it because they pay you the bare minimum that is required.
