Okay, I'll be honest, I'm not very responsible when it comes to forcing a tulpa. Whenever I try, I get lost, and sometimes I don't want to continue. I feel guilty, and my urges only get worse. Is there anyone available who could help me with this? Maybe by supporting me or letting me know. I don't have many people who support me in my process of creating a tulpa; some even reject it. Please, it would be a huge help, guys.
