I've always viewed animals as having spiritual energy/essence but no definite soul, something unique to humans as they seek the divine. if this is right, and animals do have a soul that lives on, reincarnates etc., when did animals start getting souls? which was the first animal in history to gain one?

thinking about the fact that I'm going to dream when I sleep helps induce a lucid dream and writing in a dream journal helps a lot to remember them. it's a lot easier to lucid dream if you don't try to manifest everything. let your subconscious manifest the setting and you just need to focus on believing the logic of that reality to give you enough control to steer yourself where you want to go.

I play a lot of video games and video game logic translates into my dreams. I think whatever form of escapism you are attached to will influence how you control your dreams. I always apply video game logic so I can respawn if I 'die' or fall, or I can open the start menu and reload the dream or play a different dream. even nightmares will have a video game logic safe-guard and when it kicks in, I overcome the nightmare and chase the evil away.

coolest lucid dream; it was like a way bigger version of my uploaded pic, but not orange and mostly white. I split myself into a 4 player split screen and I was able to see 4 POVs. my main self was playing with a big red bouncy ball, kicking it off walls or balancing on top of it and walking around the map on it, all while my other 3 selves were on go karts driving around the map and sometimes passing by and seeing each other but I can't remember what I looked like.

But yes, animals and even plants are said to have souls of their own.
Different from consciousness though, one way to think its like animals in the garden of Eden, where as Adam took the fruit of knowledge and eternal sin, animals didn't.
Also worth noting even lifeless things in the physical have energy, all energy comes from the same source, and thus, everything is one with god, god is everything.

Where's the rest of em?

These pics summed up a bunch of books and audiobooks I was reading. I can Astral project but I wasted them now that I have more info. Could have saved me a couple months of peicing everything together if I had these earlier. Sometimes it just floats off without me. I always wondered why then I learned about the mental mind split and here it pops up on some Ai slop Pic.

The pics are wrong about etheric projection. The body can make double replicas of all subtle Bodies not just the Astral. The Astral plain is just one layer of the onion. You're supposed to use the Astral as a jumping point to other plains. You have to meet one of those masters to learn how to go deeper instead of higher in the Astral. You'll hit the etheric plane with the etheric body double eventually.

Anyone here an expert in the lower Astral realms, do you know who the people are in the astral controlling lots of people, preventing people from projecting and manipulating their etheric bodies? Are they government or cultists?

I have literally found full on facilities in the astral manned by projecting agents. I have remote viewed plenty of soldiers in warehouses sleeping in these body bag looking things, locked inside the astral plane constantly.

There is a war for control in the Astral, and they manipulate a lot of people to prevent them from entering and seeing what's really going on in there. What is the extent of influence they can have though?

Can they pilot your astral body for you, without you knowing? Can entities or spirits or demons in the astral do this? Can they control your astral form and make you do shit in the astral without you knowing / consenting / remembering?

I need to know. Every time i get back to my practice and start to train my Astral Projection skills again, they send someone to stop me in real life. Someone to distract me. I also have experienced many people and entities in the astral and other realms that try to stop me from exiting my body, from travelling the different planes, becoming lucid, etc. Perhaps i need to fight back

That being said, I can't imagine how people who get to know and understand the Astral would even bother to maintain such low though agendas.
It is know for a fact though, that intelligence agencies, used to research and are probably using such methods for remote viewing espionage and whatever. It also makes sense with the whole aspect of elites making pacts with demonic entities so they can maintain control over the physical, and thus, preventing mass population awakening would be against their goals.

but that's exactly my point, being actually aware of the astral, experiencing it first hand and understanding what it means, puts everything that we knew and thought important in the physical into perspective.

I think you have a very optimistic and unrealistic outlook on human nature. There are so many people who, upon discovering and mastering astral projection, would immediately just try to manipulate things and people in the astral for gain in the physical. I just need to know if that is possible or not.
