I read the parasite pill which was posted here and was convinced enough to try a parasite cleanse but unfortunately it was interacting with my psychotropic medication. I'm going to see if my doctor will give me something (I'm also having chronic diarrhea which I can't pin down to any particular food so that's a valid enough reason to suggest it imo).
