I regularly talk to UFOs, in my head, out loud, or just waving hello. At night when I’m outside, they appear to me. This happens most right after it gets dark outside, or from 3-5AM. I don’t always expect to “communicate” with them, it usually just happens. Usually they light up in the sky, sometimes very brightly for a few seconds, then they dim. Sometimes they light up repeatedly, or in response to my greeting or thoughts. At first I thought i was just being delusional but I’m starting to think I can actually talk to them. Sometimes it even feels like they try to get my attention when they light up repeatedly or appear and reappear in different parts of the sky. I just think it’s interesting. I don’t gain anything from these “interactions”, but I do feel a sense of euphoria afterwards anytime it happens. This doesn’t happen with all UFOs that I see. Sometimes they’re just lights moving in the sky, sometimes they’re different light formations on one craft or a different light color. I have also experienced an extremely dark energy and vibe from a low flying craft, shaped like a W. This one flew silently right over me, I only noticed it because of its size, altitude, blackness, along with a few extremely dim red lights on the underside of the craft. I got chills and went back outside. However, whenever I “talk” to UFOs, it always feels like a positive or at least neutral interaction. Does anyone have any experience with this phenomenon? I also want to research this more from different accounts without coming across new age fags who think the federation is real and going to save them. I want to communicate in constructive ways or learn what they’re trying to say to me, if anything. I’m just not sure if there’s any reason to or if it’s even possible.TLDR; I don’t think I actually communicate with UFOs but I sometimes feel like they respond to me or try to get my attention.

>>41736590You are not alone goodsiir, same with me literally every night. Just depends on the weather mainly which at times feels intentional, but you are not alone. I refer to a kind of unisex nicknames to them. (Don't want to come off as disrespectful to "them") The one I usually interact with the most i call "Buddy", I had an investigation through organizations and turns out my gut instinct was correct!Always keep your views and keep your beliefs in them on a separate level from other things, be respectful and you will usually get the same back! PS be careful who you share your experiences with because "they" can sense negativity and if you aren't ready they will make you look crazy. If you approach it the way i still do, you'll be allowed to show true trusted people. I've done trial and error with this myself and with investigators to confirm this. I'll pop back in to see updates but seeing your post brought me the same joy you spoke of :)
