I just read The Wikipedia article about prophetic Cessationism vs Continuationism. I once encountered and talked to a Cessationist on 4chan a few weeks ago, he was a Jehovah's Witness. I know the Cessationists are wrong because I myself have received prophecies of the future before. They were small prophecies but I received them. I can't remember all of them, maybe a few. So I know Continuationism must be true. I have sinned drastically since those prophecies and don't know if I still have the gift of prophecy. I don't even know if I still have salvation. But I did have it. But my question for you today /x/ is, is God the only being who can give people prophecies? Or can other deities or spirits, such as demons, also see into the future and relay prophecies to people? Can angels predict the future and give humans prophecies? Or does prophecy come from the direct authority of God?
