Today 2025 ends. It's been the worst year of my life, and I want to get rid of everything that it has represented and the negative energy from all the shitty people/experiences/intrusive thoughts. I hope that 2026 will be a new start, away from everything, so that's why I am asking advice on the specifics of the ritual I am about to perform.

Picrel are the instructions I will be following. It's just the standard red string ritual, that some anon mentioned a while back in a thread. I have already procured the yarn and a place for burning it. Just asking about some details about the procedures, before rubbing some blood on the thread and starting.

Should I do it before January 1st? any other ways to ensure that the ritual eliminates what attacked me this year?
