I last practiced chaos magic a few years ago (probably around 2023), but I fell out of it after a confluence of real life events. While I'm willing to take fair criticism, I am pretty good at retaining usually. Baseline "easy mode" for me is a week minimum, and I have had many streaks lasting 3-6+ months. However when I perform the LBRP, I break whatever streak I'm on by the next day. Without fail so far. My mind ends up convincing me it's okay to just rub one out. It seems there should be some explanation for this. I don't really mind masturbating any more, but I don't like how my energy feels much lower afterward and I feel more social anxiety going out in public, even just to go eat at a restaurant by myself or go shopping.
